PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays. During high-demand periods, such as sales or holidays, processing times may be slightly delayed.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UNITED STATES)

We use USPS Flat-Rate Express Shipping for all domestic orders within the United States, ensuring fast and reliable delivery. Shipping typically takes 2-4 business days after processing.

  • Flat-Rate Express Shipping: Automatically applied at checkout.
  • Free Shipping: Orders over $100 USD automatically qualify for free shipping.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We are pleased to offer Flat-Rate International Shipping to select countries at a rate of $19.95 USD. Delivery times for international orders vary but typically range from 7-14 business days after processing.

Please note that customs, duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

SHIPPING RATES

  • Domestic (US): USPS Flat-Rate Express Shipping, with free shipping for orders over $100 USD.
  • International: Flat-rate shipping at $19.95 USD.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment on the USPS website.

DELAYS

While we aim to meet all delivery timelines, delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, carrier delays, or customs processing for international orders. If you experience a delay, please contact us at contact@collectivesherpas.com, and we will assist you promptly.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please reach out to us at contact@collectivesherpas.com. We will work with USPS to resolve the issue. Claims for lost or damaged packages must be filed within 7 days of delivery.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

For returns or exchanges, please refer to our return policy for detailed instructions. If your return or exchange is due to a shipping error, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
