RETURN & REFUND POLICY

WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO TAKE A SHERPA TO YOUR NEXT CONCERT OR RAVE, AND IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT (NO QUESTIONS ASKED), WE WILL ACCEPT A FULL REFUND.

At Collective Sherpas, we want you to feel confident about every purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your order, we’re here to make it right. Please review our return and refund policy below for details.


30-DAY RETURN POLICY

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return:

  • Your item must be in its original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

HOW TO START A RETURN

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at contact@collectivesherpas.com with your order details.
  2. If your return is accepted, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Ship the item to the following address:
    1150 West 29th Street, Los Angeles, CA.

Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

We want you to love what you receive. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at contact@collectivesherpas.com with a photo and description of the issue. We will evaluate the problem and resolve it promptly.


EXCEPTIONS AND RETURNS

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).
  • Custom or personalized items.
  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products).
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases.

Additionally, we do not accept returns for:

  • Sale items.
  • Gift cards.

EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original purchase and place a separate order for the new item. Once your return is accepted, we will process the refund so you can complete your new purchase.


EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, and without justification.

To qualify for a return under this policy:

  • The item must be in the same condition as you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
